This place is perfect for a short stay with satellite TV, central heating, coffee/tea makers, an exceptionally comfortable bed, and a big.

The staff were very accommodating .When I had an issue with my room they made sure to put me in another room.The grounds around the hotel were a little disapointing,not kept up.
Bugs in my room. Hallways were a little dirty.

Great modern hotel not far from Des Moines historical city center, fairgrounds, and a residential area. Good food quality. - Location is particularly good for the Fairgrounds. - Very close to Iowa State Fair and other tourist attractions.

We were next door to loud obnoxious people. We were promptly moved.
The hallways and elevator were dirty. The hot tub was tiny. Asked for ectra towels we got pool towels.

The beds were comfy and there was a flat-screen TV with cable channels in the room. The bathroom was clean, and the staff was excellent. Smooth check-in process and late check-out were also great. Plus, they offer free on-site parking.

NO HOT WATER FOR SHOWER IN MORNINGS AND STAFF JUST LAUGHED

The toilet kept breaking in our room, and wouldn't flush properly. The staff promptly came and fixed it but then the next flush it broke again. Although the staff was very kind and apologetic, it was very annoying to have someone constantly coming in your room to fix stuff.

It's in a good location.
The heater in our room did not work properly. It just blew cold air. I told the staff and they came up and got it working. However it got too hot in our room so we shut it off. I tried turning it back on and it would not turn back on!
